George Herron was one of the finest knifemakers of our time., his name is always up there in the same vein when talking about greats like Bob Loveless, Jimmy Lile and Joe Kious. His knife making career spanned nearly 45 years and in that time many makers learned from and duplicated his style. He was as well known for his trademark pipe as he was for his knives, and this beautiful 40th anniversary knife is a tribute to all of that and his home state of South Carolina.
